∎ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities in the knitting department.
∎ Monitor the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Plan and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
∎ Ensure the proper maintenance of knitting machinery and equipment.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
