We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all production activities from Linking to Finishing in our sweater manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure on-time delivery, top quality, and efficient operations while inspiring and managing a strong production team.

Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% on-time, full delivery for all orders across linking to finishing stages.

• Oversee the complete process flow from linking to shipment, maintaining close coordination with knitting and other departments.

• Plan production efficiently to avoid backlogs and ensure each department meets its time and action (T&A) schedule.

• Supervise pre-production activities for smooth order launches and prevent delays or rework.

• Monitor and enforce Quality Management Systems, SOPs, and DHU targets throughout production.

• Address short shipment, repair, and claims issues with proactive tracking and root cause solutions.

• Lead daily & weekly production and shipment meetings to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Planning, IE, QA, Finishing, and HR for smooth operations and manpower planning.

• Track daily output and efficiency against set targets in linking and finishing sections.

• Manage team development, motivation, and skill mapping to build a high-performance workforce.

• Ensure recruitment and payroll are aligned with company policy and Bangladesh Labor Law.

• Maintain production areas to be safe, clean, compliant, and visually organized.

• Control costs by reducing overtime, energy usage, subcontracting, and unnecessary expenses.

• Work closely with IE team on SMV control, line balancing, and fostering a lean manufacturing culture.
