Responsibilities & Context:

• Check and verify the quality of raw materials before they are used in production.

• Monitor in-process production to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every stage.

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Ensure that all tests are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Regularly observe and monitor production activities to confirm compliance with established quality requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control tests, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and inspection reports as required.

• Identify and record any deviations, non-conformities, or out-of-specification (OOS) results, and report them appropriately.

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Follow all internal quality policies and procedures in daily operations.

• Support internal and external audit activities, and carry out in-process quality checks and line clearance when needed.

• Work closely with the production and QA teams to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all quality control instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and ready for use.

• Collect, label, and store samples correctly, and maintain retention samples in line with company policy.

• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or line manager.
