Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Drive implementation of EHS, Quality, and FP&R standards in operations and engineering.

  2. Ensure all WIP and finished products conform to release specifications.

  3. Oversee safety, personal and industrial hygiene, GMP, and housekeeping practices.

  4. Maintain and periodically review an effective documentation system in operations.

  5. Manage Change Control documentation for product quality-related changes.

  6. Ensure plant equipment and assets are well-maintained and calibrated as per defined frequency.

  7. Participate in technology transfer processes, EMO readiness, and start-up production.

  8. Ensure effective root cause analysis and timely corrective actions for nonconformances.

  9. Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.

  10. Ensure compliance with cleaning and sanitization (C&S) SOPs and coordinate related activities.

  11. Support quality audit execution, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

  12. Ensure traceability of raw and packaging materials and compliance with quality standards.

  13. Oversee manufacturing records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.

  14. Participate in qualification activities for equipment, processes, and projects.

  15. Manage the Indirect Procurement function, including purchasing spare parts and consumables, and oversee engineering stores.
