Additional Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of inspection and spraying processes in sanitary ware production

  • Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.

  • Sound written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and manage shift-wise manpower deployment and ensure proper execution of inspection and spraying processes.

  • Conduct daily quality checks of inspection and sprayed ware during operations to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate and resolve spraying-related issues promptly.

  • Track and control inspection and spraying defect targets; review daily sorting and defect analysis reports.

  • Analyze defects and work closely with inspectors and sprayers to identify improvement areas and reduce rejection rates.

  • Conduct daily briefings/meetings with inspectors and sprayers to promote safe working practices and ensure a zero-accident environment.

  • Prepare and maintain shift-wise inspection & spraying reports along with defect analysis reports; share and discuss findings with the Section Head.

  • Proactively share process improvement ideas with the Head of Department and participate in discussions related to production planning, quality improvement, manpower utilization, and operational challenges.

  • Monitor employee attendance (present/absent) each shift and ensure proper reporting.

  • Submit all required daily and shift-wise reports to the Head of Department in a timely manner.
