Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage production operations of blow molding, injection molding, and related manufacturing processes.
Ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot machine or process abnormalities.
Monitor product quality and maintain strict quality control standards.
Implement company policies, procedures, and production plans effectively.
Lead and manage production team members to ensure maximum productivity and discipline.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and maintain production efficiency.
Monitor and maintain safety stock levels of raw and packing materials.
Support maintenance activities and ensure machines are functioning optimally.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Minimize production waste and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Organize and participate in monthly factory performance and review meetings.
Ensure 5S implementation and maintain workplace discipline.
Protect company assets and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and submit production reports, KPI updates, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate with HR & Admin for manpower planning and recruitment support.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Codex GMP, and other regulatory standards.
Attend quality meetings and take necessary actions to resolve customer complaints.
