Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the QA & Compliance Head in managing and implementing the plant QMS and FSSC.
Make collaborative decisions on quality, food safety, and health & safety matters.
Monitor daily QA activities to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and publish regular reports on key Quality and food safety metrics.
Facilitate investigations and corrective actions in response to customer complaints.
Provide training to QA team members and other departments as required.
Conduct internal audits and process verifications.
