Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee overall transport and distribution operations.
Manage company-owned and hired vehicles, including scheduling and tracking.
Plan and execute delivery targets in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
Coordinate with dealers/retailers for smooth delivery operations.
Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Ensure proper documentation (delivery challan, trip slips, loading slips, etc.).
Monitor vehicle movements and handle any operational issues.
Maintain daily reports on stock, delivery, and market demand.
Ensure proper inventory control and handling of returned goods.
Assist in vehicle maintenance coordination and cost control.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
