Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

• Diploma or BSc in Glass & Ceramic Technology.

• (MSc) in Nanomaterials and Ceramic Engineering. (Preferred, not Mandatory)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

• Develop Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Pavement Tiles, Roof Tiles, and Cladding Tiles in compliance with international quality and standards.

• Develop cost-effective tile body recipes considering both local and imported raw material sources, ensuring maximum productivity and Grading from the Roller kilns.

• Plan and manage raw material inventory, ensuring timely sourcing, quality checks, and efficient utilization.

• Monitor and maintain quality parameters at each stage of production from raw materials to the final product and ensure adherence to the desired standard.

• Identify and reduce production line wastage. Innovate processes for the reuse of waste materials in body formulation without compromising quality.

• Conduct regular training sessions for production and quality assurance teams to enhance technical skills.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to product improvement, process innovation and operational efficiency.

• Any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
