Responsibilities & Context:
Online QC Checking of Wheat & Lentil Ensure RMPM quality by random sampling and checking.
Perform laboratory tests including moisture content, ash value, protein content, granulation, gluten analysis, etc.
Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time-to-time guidelines.
Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in production and storage areas.
Report deviations or non-conformities to the QC Supervisor and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain the calibration and cleanliness of laboratory equipment.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality reports and logs.
