∎ Maters from any subject / Food Technology/Food Science Subject will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making proposal for new product with its technical and market feasibility study.
∎ Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of product,
∎ Develop marketing plan and analysis for assigned products.
∎ Create new idea for developing promotional materials for assigned product.
∎ Planning and monitoring monthly and annual budget.
∎ Prepare next lay out for all kind of packaging materials printed promo materials and advertisement that are related to product.
∎ Manage day-to-day factory operations.
∎ Coordinate and manage the production activities.
∎ Responsible for overall production effort.
∎ Set and continuously update production schedules.
∎ Regulate work flow to ensure maximum utilization of capacity and requirements.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production and improve efficiency of production.
∎ Maintain inventory and management of laboratory, factory machinery and instruments.
∎ Ensure all water safety methods are followed during manufacturing.
∎ Ensure compliance, plant cleanliness, environmental monitoring, critical hygiene procedures, staff health, and product quality.
∎ Have to perform any other tasks time to time assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 1) Sweet & Bakery 2) Further Processing of Poultry and Fish Products
∎ 6 to 10 years' experience on production
∎ Project Management
∎ Strategic Planning
∎ Technical Management
∎ Quality Control & Quality Assurance
∎ Contract Negotiations.
∎ Team Leadership.
∎ Maintenance Management.
Salary: Negotiable
