∎ SSC/ HSC Pass .(Educational qualifications are flexible if you have working experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bred, pastry item & Sweets etc.
∎ Creating new & exciting desserts to renew our menus & engage the interest of customers,
∎ Decorating pastries using different icing , toppings etc.to ensure the presentation will be beautiful & exciting
∎ Check quality of material & condition of equipment & devices used for cooking
∎ Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes & multigrain breads
∎ Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes & pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce & fruits)
∎ Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream & edible toppings like flowers
∎ Prepare custom-made pastries based on customer's preferences ( e.g. birthday cakes)
∎ Have to perform any other tasks time to time assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s) in the similar fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 1) Sweet , Bakery & Pastry Items.
∎ understanding fo food safety practices
∎ Excellent time -management skills
∎ Ability to remain calm & focused in a fast -paced environment
∎ Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
∎ Flexibility to work in early morning shifts.
