• Should have at least 08-10 years of experience in garment factories engaged in business with world-class customers /brands, out of which 05-07 years as of 8 to 12 lines of woven or knit composite garments factories for renowned branded buyers.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Should have a clear idea about production, rejection control, and industrial engineering activities.
• Prepare workers’ skills and monitor production.
• Responsible for multi-skilled Operator Recruitment.
• Efficiency & productivity analysis & improvement.
• Line Balancing & provide daily targets.

• Coordination with planning, merchandising, preventive maintenance team for keeping productivity online throughout the working hours.
• Make production plans regularly and implement them to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
• Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
• Lead the whole operational team and get the job done on time with both quality and quantity.
• Monitor quality assessments to ensure buyer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Taking care of the quality and garments production, providing necessary guidelines to the subordinates.
• Drawing up a production schedule & supervising the Sewing Department
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
• Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
• Strictly follow up on hourly production and work for increasing that.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards, achieve maximum production at the lowest cost.
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• You'll be working closely with the product design and sourcing team
• Will also run a quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• Lead and mentor the team by conducting weekly/monthly/yearly reviews
• Giving feedback to garment buyers· Appointing and interviewing all production staff, and fixing their salaries.
