Strong knowledge of Company Law, Labour Law, corporate law, Industrial Law Consumer Right Act, Trade Mark Act, RJSC, Contract Management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear solutions.
Analyze occurrences and merits for taking legal actions.
Responsibilities & Context:
Providing legal advice on each initiative of the company.
Preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Providing the company sound legal opinion in respective matters
Assist in obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals.
Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Support corporate legal documentation and regulatory filings.
Handle negotiations and settlement agreements in dispute cases.
Advise on legal aspects related to employee matters, including contracts, grievances, and labor law compliance.
Perform other legal duties as assigned by management.
Stay updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and industry practices.
