∎ Strong understanding of denim garments production, sewing, washing, and finishing processes.
∎ Experience in line balancing and lean manufacturing.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple production lines.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
∎ Strong understanding of denim garments production, sewing, washing, and finishing processes.
∎ Experience in line balancing and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on order requirements and deadlines.
∎ Ensure smooth workflow across different production stages.
∎ Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to optimize production output.
∎ Enforce quality control measures at every stage.
∎ Implement corrective actions to address defects, rework, and production inefficiencies.
∎ Ensure optimal manpower utilization and proper allocation of tasks to maximize efficiency.
∎ Monitor sewing line balancing and efficiency to achieve production targets.
∎ Ensure adherence to factory safety guidelines, labor laws, and standards.
