Responsibilities & Context:
HRIS Implementation & Analysis
Discuss with client HR teams to understand workflows and policies
Document requirements across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, and employee lifecycle
Recommend HR best practices aligned with system capabilities
System Configuration & Customization
Configure HRIS modules based on approved requirements
Customize workflows, approval chains, business rules, forms, templates, and role-based access
Support API integrations, automation, and data mapping
Technical Deployment
Perform data migration using SQL scripts and templates
Validate migrated data (employee records, attendance, leave, payroll)
Analyze logs and system behavior to resolve issues
Training & Client Enablement
Conduct admin and user training
Prepare SOPs, manuals, and knowledge-transfer documents
Support UAT and go-live activities
Troubleshooting & Collaboration
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues using SQL, logs, APIs, and workflows
Identify root causes and coordinate fixes with developers
Client Communication & Delivery
Provide regular updates and maintain client relationships
