∎ SSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set daily/ weekly/ monthly production target and achieve the target ensuring the quality of standard.
∎ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as per requirements.
∎ Oversee the entire production process and ensuring maximum production with minimum cost.
∎ Follow up the hourly production rate and managing the employees involved.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production & improve efficiency of production.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance and Supply Chain Division to solve product related complications as and when required.
∎ Check overall costing, consumption rate and ensure inventory control.
∎ Generate different reports on raw materials, finished Goods and production proceedings.
∎ Check production output according to specifications and pass for the delivery as per the schedules.
∎ Communicate with the Management ASAP in case of any emergency in the plant/ factory.
