Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the daily spice sales activity of sales personnel
∎ Monitoring & controlling the daily activities of TSM/ RSM & tracing them
∎ Regular communication with sales & distribution department & taking necessary steps to ensure available product in dealer point
∎ Arranging various marketing meeting (Zonal meeting, Area meeting, regional meeting)
∎ Maintaining leave, absence, presence, shows cause forwarding etc. for field level personnel.
∎ Analysis of competitor's program and report submission
∎ Shop /Route/Zone/Distribution point/Area/ Region /Item wise sales analysis
∎ Continuous market checking & find out problems & solve it immediately
∎ Approve the monthly task schedule of TSM/ASM & Sales Officer in the commence of a month & send it to respective NSM /Head of Marketing
∎ Disseminating regional monthly sales target to assign area, distribution, on every individual i.e. RSM, TSM, SSO, SO, ASO, SR.
∎ Preparing tour schedule for himself & taking approval from Head of Sales & Marketing at the commence of a month
∎ Maintaining good relation with distributor to attain sales target as well as cash inflow.
∎ Employing new distributor for new area as well as cancelled or dismissed one with the approval of NSM/ Head of Marketing
∎ Achieving Assigned sales target is his ultimate responsibility as well as achieving remarkable yearly sales growth.
∎ Checking & forwarding the monthly conveyance bill, refreshment allowance, and other related bills
∎ Initiating the evaluation process of SPICE Field level personnel for annual increment & promotion.
∎ Ensure Daily reporting to respective NSM/Head of Marketing about the daily activities of assigned task.
∎ Preparing various periodical written sales report & submit it to the national sales meeting.
∎ Keeping up to -date shop list, route chart, & other sales related information.
∎ Checking & forwarding distributor claim, damage, sample, and other admissible bills etc.
∎ Any other assignment assign by the line manager/management. Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 39 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05-year(s) Experience in the Spice (NSM) related field in any renowned National/MNC Group of company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Candidates should have minimum 05 (five) years of managerial position experience in Spice Sales
∎ We are expecting well experienced & knowledgeable (NSM) in the field of Spice in renowned FMCG National /Multinational company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Monitoring & controlling the daily sales activity of sales personnel as well as monitoring & controlling of Sales Personnel activities of Mild Touch Consumer and Beverages Limited.
∎ Should have strong experience in: Negotiation and Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and independent.
∎ Must have leadership qualities in order to lead a department and manage staff.
∎ Should be a good organizer, able to lead team
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Should have familiar with ERP software.
∎ Capable to work with under pressure.
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 05 years practical Sales manager position experience on Spice
