∎ Graduate is more preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of the knit garments factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Co-ordinate with IE and planning team for on time shipment and proper method improvement.
∎ Take care of style changeover activities coordinating with sales, technician, maintenance, & QA persons
∎ Ensure proper supply chain arrangement, quick resolution of any issues including machine break down, quality problem, material arrangement, manpower management, dispute etc. by leading concern management staffs and workers
