Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and monitor any kind of electrical installation ie. electrical wiring, electrical load calculation, load connection, electrical panel board installation etc.
∎ To design, calculation, construction & Installation of electrical MDB, DB, SDB board.
∎ To find and solve electrical problem in the factory according to electrical & fire safety standard & compliance.
∎ To prepare and ensure preventive maintenance to the electrical system.
∎ To monitor and maintain substation and electrical panel board (LT, HT, PFI, MDB, SDB, DB panel) according to compliance.
∎ To installation and maintenance of central addressable fire alarm system (Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Head Detector, Manual call point).
∎ To create electrical single line diagram, electrical layout plan by Auto-CAD and other software.
∎ To maintain electrical related documents i.e. all electrical drawing layout, diagram, electrical checklist, inspection and maintenance record & others file.
∎ To prepare electrical spare parts requirement & give indent according to requirement.
∎ To prepare for electrical audit conducted by various Buyer/Audit team i.e. Bearue veritas (BV), walmart, Accord, Alliance, RSC, Intertek, Sedex, SGS along with other ethical / environmental/ technical/ electrical and fire safety etc.
∎ To analyze corrective action plan (CAP) report and provide feedback to the buyer/audit team after taking corrective action according to CAP report.
∎ To conducting monthly internal electrical audit, preparing CAP Report & discuss with the factory concern about the report.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on operating (Gas/Diesel Generator, Boiler Compressor & Chiller)
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas etc.) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Monitor and supervise all the utilities such as air compressor, diesel and gas generator, steam boiler, chiller, water pump, workshop.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of different kind of electrical machines.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have good experience in electrical load calculation and electrical design drawing.
∎ Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, email, internet browsing
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali
