Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production planning and execute accordingly.
∎ Direct monitoring of production process.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
∎ Ensure maximum selling pricing of fish, chicks and feed to enhance profitability.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
∎ Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
∎ Arrange food for fish.
∎ Visit production workers regularly; guide them to manage flock and fish health, and provide medication, if necessary.
∎ Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and production workers to ensure customer retention.
∎ Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor's growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to The Managing Director of the company timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years experience as Manager/Asst. Manager of any Export Oriented Fish Feed Industries/ Frozen Packaged Food Industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge about Frozen packaged food production, Chicks, Fish production most importantly Eel Fish, Crabs etc.
∎ The candidates must have managerial capability, good command and control over the subordinate Officers/Staff/Workers. He should be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and result oriented. He should also have polite manner and amicable behavior. Must be computer literate.
