Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and developing of plant policies and goals, and implementation of goals through subordinate administrative personnel.
∎ Coordinating activities of departments, such as manufacturing, QA, research and development, engineering, Store and Administration to ensure smooth supply of products and to effect operational efficiency and economy.
∎ Drawing up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each manufacturing and packing operation of products to meet sales forecasts.
∎ Analyzing departmental budget requests to identify areas for optimization of resources and allocates plant operating budget.
∎ Recommending capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment’s which would increase efficiency and productivity of plant operation.
∎ Analyzing and reviewing of key performance indicators as a tool for continuous improvement.
∎ Keeping liaison with Marketing, Sales, Distributions, PPIC, Finance and HR to manage cross functional activities.
∎ Developing people through training to upgrade their practice of GMP.
∎ Enforcing compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
