Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and prepare a short term and long-term budgetary planning and Costs Management.
∎ Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the leadership team and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Assisting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP / Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Preparation of Financial statement monthly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies
∎ Plan, analyze and report on effective & efficient Inventory management,
∎ Prepare and develop budget process including preparation, consolidation and distribution of budgets and related reports
∎ Monitor the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the organization
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests
∎ Make sure an accurate filling and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
∎ Identify and analyze financial and nonfinancial risks in order to minimize company risks
∎ Generate short- and long-term financial forecasting and planning in alignment with production, sales as well as stock management
∎ Adhere to the internal company's Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to ensure internal compliance
∎ Prepare a short- and long-term plan to ensure effective and efficient Tax & VAT Management
∎ Identify and implement appropriate and accurate product costing methods for the company
∎ Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of the business
∎ Mentor and develop the team to direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem solving, performance evaluation and building of an effective team dynamic

∎ Bank management, Cost control, Financial Reporting Forecasting, Internal Control Systems, Product Costing budgeting, Product Pricing, VAT Tax Management.
