Drive lean manufacturing, automation and advanced technology adoption to enhance productivity.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies across all production functions.
Establish and enforce strict quality control systems to ensure products meet international quality and safety certifications.
Lead, mentor and develop production teams and cross-functional leaders to foster high performance.
