Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Factory Location: Gazipur (Konabari)
∎ Job Location Gazipur (Konabari)
∎ Must have good understanding of machineries
∎ Overseeing the production process as well as planning and implementing the production schedule.
∎ Plan and perform pre-production activities to ensure quality.
∎ It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
∎ Labor and production and other resources must be kept running efficiently.
∎ Must have practical experience in following department.
∎ Monitor production process and adjust schedule as needed
∎ Monitoring product quality.
∎ Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.
∎ Working with department heads to implement company policies and goals.
∎ Supervising and motivating related departments and personnel involved in production.
∎ Reviewing production plan including management, capacity and energy to achieve daily target production as per plan.
∎ Assist in achieving daily planned goals.
