Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises the preparation of the manufacture of Puff Pastry Products in a manner that will guarantee sensible delivery of the freshest bakery products.
∎ Direct the ways of worker training in the areas of safety, job functions and practices of manufacturing.
∎ To ensure delivery of all products to be on time, they coordinate with shipping of goods.
∎ Ensures that materials are on hand and coordinates with different departments.
∎ Recommends ways to reduce cost and oversee manufacturing cost
∎ Troubleshooting of the Production process connected with machineries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Knowledge of TIVI lamination line, Rondo lamination line, Fritch lamination line and Radamaker lamination line.
∎ Product Knowledge of Yeast based Puff pastry and without Yeast based Puff Pastry
∎ Knowledge on the adjustment of the recipe as per working-table in AUTOMATED puff pastry line
∎ Knowledge in product development for puff pastry
∎ Knowledge to handle the overall production management of a bakery plant
