Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the entire production process for metal & bathroom fittings, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Monitor and control production budgets, raw materials, and inventory to minimize costs and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Ensure all products comply with ISO, safety, and industry regulations, maintaining the highest quality standards.
∎ Troubleshoot production issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
∎ Supervise and mentor production staff, providing training and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and optimization of galvanizing and metal processing equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Enforce workplace safety regulations and best practices to create a safe and compliant work environment.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on production efficiency, cost analysis, and process improvements for senior management.
∎ Anwar Galvanizing Limited is looking for an experienced Production Head – Metal & Bathroom Fittings to oversee the manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal manufacturing, particularly in galvanized iron-pipe fittings (GI Fittings) and brake drums, with expertise in optimizing production processes, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
