• Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales indent.

• Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process with a view to ensure maximum service level as per KPI.

• Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority.

• Coordination with production and other departments.

• Analyze and make multi reports on weekly, monthly basis including production status and production flow.

• Ensure on time smooth delivery.

• Manage, Lead, motivate and mentor production team workers, leaders and supervisors.

• Any other task assigned by management.
