Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/graduate from any discipline with a prior experience of at least 3-5 years with the production flow.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily production as per plan and monitor production schedule properly
∎ Responsible to achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly production targets with minimum breakdown due to process
∎ Prepare, update and disseminate the production schedule to all layers of production team members
∎ Ensure adherence to health, safety & environment norms within the workplace
∎ Monitor & resolve all production issues
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of operator/supervisor
∎ Daily, weekly & monthly production report writing and submission ability to the supervisor(s)
∎ Follow up of in process materials and their conditions as per standards
∎ Ensure product quality standards as per their parameter with the help of QA team
∎ Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure scheduled maintenance of all machineries
∎ Ensure product design & development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements and facilitate marketing department in doing so
∎ Take all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve profitability
∎ Supervision of inventory management of all raw materials & finished goods and notifying accordingly about the inventory shortage to the right person(s)
∎ Build a culture of work study and process development at the plant
∎ Develop, manage and uphold an automated workflow system that interfaces order entry prepress and print
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean & tidy production floor & carry out any other job as assigned from time to time
