Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.

Prior work experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia is a plus.

• At least 5 years

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience for foreign nationals.

Must have prior working experience abroad.

Candidates without overseas (foreign country) experience should not apply.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization methodologies.

Proven hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical improvements.

Good command of English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to work in compliance with Saudi labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

1. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, and product quality.

2. Design and improve production workflows, layouts, tools, jigs, and fixtures to support efficient operations.

3. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.

4. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve process capability.

5. Support the installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new equipment and production lines.

6. Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

7. Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production and quality-related problems.

8. Prepare and maintain production documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
