Saudi Arabian or Gulf experience will get first preference
Candidates must be medically and physically fit to work in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Good troubleshooting and technical support skills
Familiarity with Windows systems and office applications
Good command of English (spoken, reading & writing)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
Handle software installation, updates, and system configuration
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
Coordinate with project team and users for IT support activities
Maintain IT inventory and documentation records
