Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Develop product development strategies to fulfill our core customers’ needs by determining specifications, production timetables,
∎ -Monitor the product development process to provide constructive solutions when a problem arises,
∎ -Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth process of sample and bulk production,
∎ -Work with the production team for PP samples, TOT samples, and bulk approval
∎ -Coordinate with the product development design team and fabric trim team to develop new designs, fabric, elastics, and trims,
∎ -to perform the testing and sample preparation as per the correct test standard
∎ -Oversee the responsibilities of in house lab section.
