Responsibilities & Context:
- Efficiently and correctly handle all export and import documentations
- Co-ordinate with Custom Officials, CNF Agents, BGMEA, Banks, Freight Forwarders etc for smoothly and timely operation of commercial department
- Checking and controlling invoices, packing list for export of goods
- Present shipping documents to respective offices in time.
- Conduct customs audit and preparing all types of statements to the customs audit
- Liaison with concern authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as IRC, ERC, EPB, BGMEA membership etc. are renewed in due time.
- Handle end-to-end export and import documentation, including L/C opening, amendments, negotiation, shipping instructions, and trucking.
- Prepare, apply for, and follow up on cash incentive claims from Bangladesh Bank or relevant government authorities.
