- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals·
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices
Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly visit the customer of NJML
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Develop and implement Marketing & promotional strategies to maximize opportunities and meet revenue goals.
Branding the product to customer and creates demand.
Assist customers in understanding the proper use and potential impact of the devices.
Have to secure order and follow up to smooth supply the products to customer.
By collecting AR from the customer and have to deposit to the bank (Company A/C).
Knowledge about the territory customer and eagerness to searching new customer.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities, and customer feedback.
Report to ASM & ROM Daily.
