Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support business decisions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
∎ Contribute to the development of strategies and action plans.
∎ Participate in meetings and workshops to provide insights and recommendations.
∎ Stay current with industry trends and best practices
∎ May be asked to perform other tasks as directed or requested by the management or ED.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good proficiency in Excel ( VLOOKUP, Sum if/ifs, Count if/ifs, Match, Index)
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
∎ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills.
∎ Highly motivated, independent individual.
∎ Ability to lead the business analyst team
