Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues to concerned teams.
∎ Interpreting business requirements into technical requirements for making improvements and development of new solutions if required.
∎ Investigate into possible business and technical solutions for business problems an application or a software is trying to solve.
∎ Managing requirements and reported issues of clients.
∎ Work directly with product, development, test and business teams to ensure improvement of product features and functionalities.
∎ Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
∎ Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
∎ Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
∎ Assists in design of testing to verify that end user needs have been met.
∎ Assist in preparing presentations, demos to train both external and internal teams.
∎ Tracking progress of application development and implementation.
∎ Needs to have presentation skills.
∎ Prepare user manuals and documentation (if required).
∎ Must be able to handle pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Minimum BSc on Computer Engineering / Software Engineering/ Information Technology. Candidates with BBA/MBA from MIS background are also encouraged but they must have solid IT understanding.
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Software Industry with a background of business analysis is preferred.
∎ Strong analytical skills for bug reporting and business requirements.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Salary: Negotiable
