Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree with minimum 2-4 years' experience in relevant field with any NBFI/Bank.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing clients for deposit products
∎ Achieve Individual targets- Monthly, Quarterly, Annually
∎ Ensure account opening documentations are properly filled and submitted
∎ Maintain continuous relationship with clients and serve them efficiently
∎ Prepare call report on a regular basis and submits to Team leader/Department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong Communication/ Negotiation skills, market knowledge, can work under stress & achieve targets.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10,000 to 15,000 per month depending on experience plus commission based on sales.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus and Leave as per policy.
