Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders (such as customers, merchants, business development and the open-source community) to understand needs and priorities.
∎ Monitor and analyze competitor products/services and their movement in the market to help improve organization's overall product positioning.
∎ Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions and keep up the continuous improvement of the user journey as product backlog.
∎ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
∎ Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, functional/technical requirements, etc.
∎ Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
∎ Collaborate closely with UI/UX, engineering, marketing, sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ End-to-End software product development and management skills.

∎ Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology.
∎
∎ Highly effective cross functional team management.
∎
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎
∎ Preferably experience of open source in a commercial setting.
