∎ B.Sc. in Industrial and production engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to analyze factory production capacity & work capacity improvement
∎ Forecast the market demand & have to make production plan by checking Inventory
∎ Ensure the optimum use of man, machine & materials
∎ Prepare the raw material & accessories plan for import and production
∎ Liaison with factory, sales, supply chain, marketing & distribution teams for product support
∎ Co-work with product development & sales team for new product development
∎ Implement Lean SIX sigma in factory
∎ Work for factory Standard operating procedure (SOP) development & online production monitoring
∎ Checking costing of every product
∎ Have to check factory overhead cost, labor, power & material consumption
∎ Visit market to know the customer complaints and work on possible solutions
∎ Check the production vs consumption and generate report
∎ Implement different strategy's for revenue generation
∎ Any other task assigns by reporting supervisor/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Microsoft office (Advance excel skill)
∎ Good Presentation Skill
∎ Report writing
