Job Responsibilities:
∎ Breaking down business/user problems into parts, and creating iterative solutions for the problems by creating products/features/processes
∎ Create a roadmap for future products
∎ Develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance operations and processes as per the company's specifications and requirements
∎ Possess strong skills with Data for both qualitative and quantitative approaches, experienced in A/B testing, data analysis, usability testing, competitor and market data insights
∎ Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints
∎ Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, functional/technical requirements, etc.
∎ Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Tech, marketing, sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
