∎ Position Name: Product Developer – Jersey.

∎ Responsibilities
∎ · Work with design teams to develop initial jersey concepts and designs.
∎ · Conduct market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
∎ · Create mood boards, design sketches, and technical specifications for new jersey designs.
∎ · Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for jersey production.
∎ · Evaluate material performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ · Collaborate with suppliers to obtain material samples and approvals.
∎ · Oversee the creation of jersey prototypes and samples.
∎ · Review and provide feedback on prototypes to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
∎ · Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to the design.
∎ · Create detailed technical packages, including measurements, construction details, and material specifications.
∎ · Ensure technical accuracy and consistency throughout the development process.
∎ · Collaborate with the technical design team to resolve any issues.
∎ · Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
∎ · Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
∎ · Address any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ · Establish quality standards and conduct inspections at various stages of production.
∎ · Ensure final products meet the company's quality, fit, and performance standards.
∎ · Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.
∎ · Work closely with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align product development with market needs and promotional strategies.
∎ · Participate in product launch meetings and provide insights on product features and benefits.
∎ · Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the development process.
