Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline / Bachelor degree in Fashion trade clothing/ Bachelor of Business in Fashion clothing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor product development
∎ Attend product hand-overs and facilitate tech pack completion
∎ Work in tandem with offer team to realize and develop collections
∎ Ensure critical path and T&A for product development
∎ Check and reprocess samples ahead of counter reviews
∎ Translate brand trends and positioning to the local team and supplier
∎ Lead creative development and create new collection
∎ Set up KPIs
∎ Coach the suppliers and get the best result from them
∎ Attend the main fares for textile and maintain yourself updated regarding trends and fashion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ European citizen will be preferred.
∎ Highly creative with ability to think out of box
∎ Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and fashion
∎ Comfortable to go regularly to factory
∎ Excellent command of the English and French languages.
