Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Postgraduate / Bachelor of Business in Fashion clothing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Global Managing Director.
∎ Managing end to end Country operations for the company.
∎ Developing and managing relationships with key strategic suppliers, thereby driving value for the company.
∎ Working closely with different business leaders and ensuring that the Country objectives are in line with overall group objectives.
∎ Liaising extensively with clients to ensure quick and effective conflict resolution.
∎ Managing a large team of professionals and being responsible for their career development.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about fabrics (Buying/Selling)
∎ Overall responsibility of Bangladeshi operation.
∎ Successfully performing the strategic planning and identify new potential market segments for the growth of the business.
∎ Develop and execute responsive and appropriate operations management systems (for office management, local procurement, fleet management and logistics, consultant etc.) in line with local laws and regulations.
∎ Other Tasks assigned by the top management
∎ Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
∎ Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
∎ Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
∎ Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
∎ Organize and operate strategic support for product sourcing, design, planning and export.
∎ Establish working relationships with external parties which supports the achievement of business goals
∎ Lead the organization to develop, implement and achieve its mission, vision and goals
∎ Performance Management
∎ Recruiting, training, coaching and retaining high calibre talent to support our growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You will have around 10 to 15 years of experience in the field of Global Sourcing, Merchandising, and Business Management.
∎ Prior experience of working with global sourcing/buying companies is a must.
∎ A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
∎ Good people-management skills.
∎ Experience living abroad is advantageous.
∎ Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
