Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gather detailed requirements for new features and enhancements.
∎ Assist the Product Lead in defining product vision and roadmaps, ensuring that business, technical, and usability requirements are met.
∎ Analyze customer needs and market trends to contribute to product strategy discussions.
∎ Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and solutions.
∎ Document and prioritize product requirements in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of product features and requirements.
∎ Support the Product Lead in backlog management and sprint planning activities.
∎ Monitor product development progress and address any issues that affect product scope, schedule, and quality.
∎ Assist in the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and user guides.
∎ Training users regarding the developed application and work on implementation
