∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Good publication tracts and publications from well-known journals (for example IEEE transitions or Nature machine intelligence) and conferences (BMVC, ICCVW, CVPRW, ACL etc).
∎ Strong expertise in Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), conversational AI, and chatbot development.
∎ Experience with developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
∎ Dexterity with mathematical tools and algorithms such as numerical methods, optimization.
∎ Handling large dataset and data pipelineKnowledge of enterprise AI solution development, with the ability to integrate AI technologies into existing business processes and systems.
∎ Skilled in solving numerical problems with e.g. Python, Matlab, C/C++Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in mathematics and statistics.
∎ Analytical thinking, capable of delivering innovative solutions even under pressure
∎ Proactive and able to work without supervision
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Recurrent Neural Networks, to improve and innovate on our AI solutions.
∎ Work on end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and workflows.
∎ Take charge of development projects from inception to deployment, including designing conversational interfaces, implementing NLP techniques, image processing applications, predictive modelling and integrating chatbots into various platforms and services.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technology to solve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our AI capabilities.
∎ Ensure adherence to best practices in AI ethics, data privacy, and security in all development and deployment processes.
