Experience:
5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
Experience in government/NGO procurement rules
Skills:
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Good understanding of procurement laws and tendering processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Manage and organize office communications and documentation, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare, process, and review purchase orders and procurement documents in accordance with company policies.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and government regulations (e.g., PPA 2006, PPR 2008 in Bangladesh).
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material or service requirements.
Manage contracts and ensure supplier performance is monitored.
Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends.
Assist in audits and tender evaluations
