Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign across manufacturing functions.

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste, and duplication in factory operations.

• Design simple, practical, and sustainable process solutions for real factory challenges.

• Improve production planning, material planning, and scheduling processes.

• Integrate planning with real-time factory data for better decision-making.

• Redesign spare parts planning, inventory control, and critical spares management.

• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

• Standardize maintenance workflows and documentation.

• Identify opportunities for process automation across factories.

• Support automation projects in production, packaging, utilities, and logistics.

• Work with engineering teams to modernize plant operations.

• Lead digitization initiatives (paperless operations, digital dashboards, digital SOPs).

• Implement data-driven manufacturing systems.

• Build digital workflows for planning, maintenance, quality, and reporting.

• Improve cross-functional coordination between R&D, production, QA, supply chain, and marketing.

• Drive a continuous improvement culture across factories.

• Build problem-solving capability within teams.

• Train teams on improvement tools and mindsets.
