Responsibilities & Context:
Daily checking of Auto lab TF link availability prior to processing.
Attending meeting with planning and discuss for matching priorities prior to shipment date and order size.
Shade Analysis, Checking for any discrepancies and send mail to concern dept.
Sending mails to merchandiser for swatch request and also trigger for dispatch details.
Assessing of unload shades and give recipe correction.
Assessing of shades with Production team prior to be release for dyeing.
Preparing of lab card for production prior to release lab card for dyeing.
Updating of production recipe on orgatex.
Doing ETP test ( BOD & COD, DO, color test and also pH testing)Recipe formulation base on either, standard swatch, QTX file, Pantone, or an intial lab reference.
Recipe correction as per standard.
Shade approve and complete the status on system.
Preparing of lab dip sheet for dispatching.
