Job Context:
∎ A 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory
∎ Job Location: Rajphulbaria, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for different types of Printing Machines held in the Printing unit of the factory. The types of machines include Sublimation, Digital and Oval printing machines (CNTOP, Victory-1, etc).
∎ Responsible for the maintenance and maximum utilization of the printing machines specially keeping the digital machine heads clean.
∎ Set production target and have technical experience for increasing productivity using minimum manpower and resources.
∎ Plan and train sufficient manpower for keeping the Printing machines operational round the year.
∎ Solving all types of technical issues related to machine, sample and bulk production of different types of print.
∎ Communicate with designers, sample dept. expose unit, coordinators & merchandizing team for development issues.
∎ Ensure sample development, plan and delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 10 -12 years' experience in printing in a Knit Composite factory. Applicants having working experience for buyer H&M, Tchibo and Sainsbury's will be given preference.
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge & experience and be up to date regarding all types of Garments Printing.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge, experience & application of all types of printing chemicals.
∎ Must have knowledge & experience on color recipe and mixing & preparation of color as per buyer requirement.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge & experience on washing and its quality & longevity.
∎ Have working knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Knowledge about fabric wise chemical selection, art work, costing & consumption.
∎ Chemical Test Related knowledge and Buyer Wise Test Parameter Experiences.
∎ Experience of Screen setting.
∎ Must have knowledge about Machine and table Operation with Digital & sublimation.
∎ Must have knowledge about MSDS, recipe ratio and chemical proposition.
