Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle customer service operations, including billing through the POS system, cash receipt, and cash maintenance.
∎ Provide support to the sales team for smooth customer interactions and sales processes.
∎ Create daily and periodic reports using Excel for sales and transaction tracking.
∎ Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Branch In-charge.
